Applivery’s Actions
Applivery has been actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the globe for several weeks, communicating frequently with our employees. Our senior management leaders meets daily to assess new information, make decisions, and manage our business continuity planning in response to new information as it becomes available. This team is continuously monitoring and assessing the latest health and economic updates, government mandates and restrictions, and employee and business impacts.
Our guiding principle in every decision we make is what is best for our customers, employees, contractors and suppliers, and the communities in which we operate.
Service and Support Continuity
Our operations and platform are operating normally, even though all of our employees are working remotely. We have restricted all Applivery travels and attendance to events in the coming months.
As we normally do, we have plans in place that allow for remote operation of the Applivery platform, including providing customer service and support.
There are contingency plans also in place to ensure service continuity based on our global infrastructure and redundancy located in other areas of the world.
