Tigapo, a leader in payment and management solutions for entertainment centers and arcade games, was looking for a tool that would allow it to centrally and securely manage its applications. The goal was to offer its end users a seamless experience, improving performance and reducing downtime.

With operations in multiple locations worldwide and an extensive network of gaming terminals, Tigapo required a scalable and reliable platform to manage the continuous delivery of updates. The challenge: Global growth and unattended devices

Tigapo was looking for a comprehensive solution to manage its growing network of Android devices, which includes unattended kiosks and barcode scanners. These devices, critical to its end-user experience, were distributed globally, making it complex to update applications and manage policies. Prior to Applivery, Tigapo teams had to manually walk their customers through the update process, resulting in “operational chaos,” according to Tigapo representative Dvir: “We had to contact each customer for updates, which was a long and complicated process.”
