About the role

At Applivery, the growth team is at the forefront of our success, driving key strategies to expand our reach and revenue. We’re looking for a CRO Manager to join our team and lead our web conversion strategy. This critical role will focus on optimizing our web performance to turn high-intent traffic into qualified leads, ensuring we stay ahead in the fast-evolving SaaS landscape.

What you will do

  • Experimentation: Lead our CRO strategy, crafting a roadmap to convert high-intent traffic into qualified leads. Run rapid A/B tests and continuously optimize our conversion funnel.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to uncover conversion opportunities, translate data into actionable insights, and prioritize improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical and product teams to implement high-impact experiments efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Innovation: Shape and refine our experimentation and analytics stack, enabling faster and more accurate testing.
  • UX Optimization: Continuously enhance the user experience to maximize conversions while maintaining Applivery’s premium image.

What you will need

  • 1–2 years of experience in CRO, web optimization, or a related field, including A/B testing and interpreting results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, or Optimizely.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices and website design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias for action and quick decision-making.
  • SQL skills are a strong plus.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to take ownership of ambitious challenges.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
