About the role

As a Sales Engineer specialized in Apple, you will play a crucial role in enabling organizations to manage and secure Apple devices efficiently with our product Applivery Device Management (UEM). You will collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops that showcase the value of our solutions for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.

Your expertise in Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (ASM), MDM frameworks, and security policies will be essential in guiding prospects and customers through the evaluation and implementation of our solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Apple ecosystem and strong communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Technical Sales Support
    • Work alongside the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored Apple-focused solutions.
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS management.
    • Assist in the technical response of RFPs/RFIs, security assessments, and documentation.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Architecture
    • Advise customers on best practices for Apple device deployment, security policies, compliance, and Zero-Touch Enrollment.
    • Provide guidance on integrating Apple solutions with MDM platforms, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (ASM), and enterprise authentication systems.
    • Assist in designing configuration profiles, security settings, and remote management strategies for Apple devices in enterprise environments.
  • Collaboration Across Teams
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from evaluation to deployment.
    • Gather and relay customer feedback to Product teams for continuous improvement of Apple-related functionalities.
  • Technical Evangelism & Enablement
    • Conduct internal training sessions to enhance the sales and customer success teams’ understanding of Apple technologies.
    • Represent the company in webinars, industry conferences, and customer events related to Apple device management.
    • Create technical documentation, whitepapers, and best practice guides for Apple endpoint management.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation
    • Stay updated on the latest Apple technologies, security updates, and enterprise management capabilities.
    • Experiment with new Apple security policies, MDM configurations, and automation workflows to enhance customer implementations.

What you will need

  • Strong expertise in Apple device management, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (ASM), MDM frameworks, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), .plist and .mobileconfigs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales, consulting, or technical support role related to Apple ecosystem management.
  • Hands-on experience with macOS, iOS, and iPadOS device provisioning, software deployment, and security policy enforcement in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex Apple management concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and product demonstrations in customer environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation for Apple devices (e.g., Bash) is a plus.
  • A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying pain points and designing effective Apple management solutions.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (Apple Certified Support Professional – ACSP, Jamf certifications, or equivalent) are a plus.
