About the role

As a Sales Engineer specialized in Windows, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our solutions by providing expert technical guidance to prospects and customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops.

Your expertise in Windows endpoint management, Intune, OMA-URIs, and security policies will be essential in positioning our product effectively and ensuring a seamless customer journey from evaluation to deployment.

This role requires deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills, as you will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

Technical Sales Support

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Assist in crafting responses to RFPs/RFIs and technical documentation.

Customer Engagement & Solution Architecture

  • Guide customers on best practices for Windows device management, security policies, and compliance standards.
  • Advise on integration with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Work with customers to understand their pain points and design solutions leveraging OMA-URIs, Windows GPOs, and endpoint security configurations.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance the solution.

Technical Evangelism & Enablement

  • Conduct internal training sessions to upskill sales and customer success teams.
  • Participate in webinars, conferences, and industry events to showcase expertise.
  • Create technical whitepapers, best practice guides, and case studies to support business growth.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft technologies, Windows security, and enterprise endpoint management trends.
  • Experiment with new features, configurations, and security policies to improve solution offerings.

What you will need

  • Strong expertise in Windows endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy (GPOs), OMA-URIs, and Azure AD.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales, consulting, or technical support role related to Windows device management.
  • Hands-on experience with device provisioning, software deployment, and security policy enforcement in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and product demonstrations in customer environments.
  • A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying pain points and proposing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, JSON, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Relevant certifications (MD-102, MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) are a plus.
