About the role

Role Overview

  • Play a crucial role in driving partnerships that enhance our Mobile Device Management (MDM) offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with company objectives.
  • Focus on building and scaling strategic alliances to boost growth and market reach.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand partnership needs and drive collaborative initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate communication and innovation.
  • Contribute to the overall vision of the company’s growth in the MDM sector.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition and enablement strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create joint value propositions.
  • Monitor partner performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback.
  • Organize training sessions for partners on product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Report on partnership outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

What you will need

  • Attitude: We are looking for great ATTITUDE, but this role requires at least 5 years of Partners Management or Sales experience involving relations with partners.
  • Curiosity: CURIOSITY is a main driver in sales, so if you are curious in general, we would love to feel it in the interview process.
  • Experience: Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales within SaaS.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and market dynamics.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to foster relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and outcomes.
    • A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English.
