The SDR is a key role in Applivery´s next growth stage.
Its the person in charge of calling and qualifying all the leads generated by the marketing team. Those leads might come from the website, blog, events or digital marketing campaign´s among others. Ideally those leads might have some interest in the solution we have to deliver.
Once the lead is qualified, the SDR will handover this lead to the Sales team in order to continue the sales process. If not, the SDR will follow up and nurture that lead to generate enough interest in the prospect to start the sales process.
As an SDR, you will be the first human point of contact for our future clients.
Your main goal is to contact every lead that is generated by our marketing teams as soon as possible and to keep nurturing those leads that are not ready to have a sales conversation yet.
In those first calls, you have to be very meticulous in understanding:
The SDR main responsibility is to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
In those leads that are not ready to start the sales process, we expect you to be able to nurture and generate interest in the prospect soon to start the sales process.
We are a sales-driven organisation, so we expect that you achieve a monthly quota of qualified sales opportunities.
You will engage with prospects and customers via phone and email to understand the needs mentioned above.
You will be key to marketing teams; alignment and feedback on lead quality are keys.
We expect you to give ideas on new lead sources or campaigns to help you achieve more leads of better quality.
You will also need to be the right-hand of the Account Executives and align them to understand what information they expect from you in those leads.
These are some of the aspects of the role but, as you will be a proactive person, we expect you to get involved in other areas of Applivery to help us grow our sales revenue.
We are looking for great ATTITUDE, but this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
